Click on the ‘Register’ button, fill the requested information and click on ‘Register’.
2. How to ‘Sign in’ to the Welcome Tune Portal?
When you register on this portal, your password will be sent to your handset via SMS.
Type in your mobile number & this password in the empty tabs.
Click ‘login’.
3. How can you search for a tune that you like?
Go to ‘Tune Search’ and type in the name of the song /artist/album of the tune you have in mind.
You can also select from the drop down tab for categories.
Click ‘Search’.
4. How can you listen to a tune before you select it?
Simply click on ‘sound symbol’ in front of the desired tune.
5. How to activate a tune as a default tune for all your callers to hear?
Click on ‘download icon’ in front of the desired tune to be downloaded and select Single Tone option button
6. How to activate a tune as specially caller tune?
Click on ‘download icon’in front of the desired tune and select the ‘Special Caller option’.
Enter the special caller number(s).
7. How to search for a ‘Name Tune’?
From the category list, select ‘Name Tunes’& type the desired name to find your Name Tune. Click ‘Buy’.
8. How to search for a Welcome Tune Shuffle Pack?
There are 3 types of Welcome tune shuffle packs.
3-in-1 Shuffle Pack
6-in-1 Shuffle Pack
10-in-1 Shuffle Pack.
Select ‘Shuffle pack Search’and then click on the type of shuffle pack that you prefer from the drop down list.
Click on that that particular shuffle pack & click ‘Buy’.

Non Premium Welcome Tune Rs. 20 + Tax
Name Tunes Rs. 30 + Tax
3-in-1 Shuffle Pack Rs. 1.30 + Tax (Daily)

10-in-1 Shuffle Pack Rs. 4.00 + Tax (Daily)
10. How can you check the currently activated tune on your connection?
Go to ‘My profile’and click on ‘Tune Details’.
11. How can you copy another Airtel user‘s Welcome Tune?
Go to Home page and click on ‘Copy Tune’in the Welcome Tune section.
Enter the Airtel mobile number of the user who already has the Welcome Tune that you desire in ‘Source mobile number’.
Then click on ‘Copy’.
12. How can you check your Welcome Tune profile?
Click on ‘My Account’and check your profile details as required.
13. How to deactivate the Welcome Tune Service?
Click on ‘Un-Subscribe’in ‘My Account’.
14. How can you subscribe/activate a Welcome Tune Daily on the Welcome Tune Portal?
Kindly note that the Welcome Tune Daily Pack subscription is not available on Welcome Tune Portal at the moment.
15. How can you gift a Welcome tune to another Airtel user on the web portal?
Click on the ‘gift’ button of the tune you wish to gift.
Enter the Airtel mobile number you wish to gift the welcome tune to.
Click on next.
Note that you can gift Welcome Tunes only to Airtel users.
16. How can you restrict a specific caller from hearing your Welcome Tune?
Click on the ‘Restricted Caller icon’ on ‘My Profile’
Enter the mobile number/s you wish to restrict.
Click on ‘Add’.
17. How can you hold your Welcome Tune for a few days without deactivating the service?
Click on ‘Welcome Tune hold’ icon on ‘My Profile’
Click on ‘Hold’.
18. How you can activate a specific Welcome Tune only to a group of users?
Click on the ‘Buy’ icon of the desired tune.
Select ‘Group Callers’ option.
Select the ‘Group type’ out of four categories.
They are:
(1) Friends
(2) Family
(3) Office
(4) College
Enter the mobile number’s for each group and click ‘next’.
19. How you can set a selected Welcome Tune only for a specific Time, Day or Date?
Click on ‘Buy’ icon of the desired tune.
Select ‘All Callers’ or ‘Special Callers’ option.
Tick ‘Conditional WT Settings’
Select the Time, date/date range, selected day of the week etc of your choice.
Click ‘Next’.
20. How you can create a customized shuffle pack of your choice?
Click on the ‘Buy’ icon of the desired tune.
Select ‘All Callers’ or ‘Special Callers’ option.
Tick ‘My Shuffle’ and click ‘Next’.
